Wu-Kong's Sanctuary
Wu-Kong, the Monkey King, was an extremely powerful being that found pleasure in being a troublemaker to the gods. He took up the title "Great Sage Equal to Heaven" and became a real problem to heaven. He was eventually trapped under a mountain until he was given a chance to redeem himself by accompanying a young monk on a holy quest. Only then was he able to truly learn what camaraderie means. After his adventures, the Monkey King started his own monastery to teach the next generation.
The Monkey King's Palace
Although he has left his life of patronizing the gods behind him, Wu-Kong has never lost his flare for the dramatic and excitement. Join him as he begins a meditation lesson, only to get bored and wander off to find excitement in the surrounding mountains. See him fight with demons and animals alike, and find a Peach of Immortality that has fallen from heaven.
